3Targets Consultants is run and operated by a group of professors from Canadian universities and highly qualified experts from construction and energy industries with real-world project management experience validated by internationally recognized credentials. Core competencies are project and portfolio management in building, heavy and industrial construction industries, and the oil and energy sectors. Services offered—including team building and alignment, project health check and recovery, benchmarking studies, lessons learned systems, project fast tracking, and project risk management—are based on best practices globally acknowledged by reputable professional organizations such as the Project Management Institute (PMI). 3Targets Consultants is also an Approved Education Provider (AEP) of the Association for Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE), providing professional project management and project controls training programs including CCP, PSP and EVP exam preparation. Programs are offered as in-house training and direct public offerings in major cities internationally. All attending the workshops receive Continuing Education Units (CEU) and Professional Development Units (PDU) certificates.
