4+Architects is a fully Portuguese owned company created in 2003. Our core business is the development of architecture projects and CGI's for the Real Estate market. The development of Architecture projects has a focus on contemporaneity, ranging from the single villa to Housing projects, Restaurants and Clinics. The CGI department, which represents 70% of the annual income of the company, is dedicated to the development of photo realistic images and video for Real Estate promoters and Architecture Offices. Though the main works and clients of the CGI's are in Portugal for local companies/promoters, 4+ has been developing CGI works abroad since 2006 to countries like Angola, France, Brazil, Morocco and Algeria. The projects illustrated by 4+ range from the single Villa to Resorts, Hotels and Shopping malls. They can be illustrated has single images or video, with integration of real persons, photo and video montage of the projects over local photo or footage.
