The idea is to build a global community where players can engage online with supporters, over match results and rankings. They will be able to collect digital cards for each season, share pictures and videos, and keep track of their accomplishments and stats over time. The goal is to build a profile and analyze the performance of each single player since the beginning of his career, making 46Sports the most powerful talent scouting tool ever. 46Sports also plans to integrate with GPS devices that can track movements during practice and matches, generating even more data about the technical and tactical performance of the players. All this data is analyzed by 46Sports proprietary Business Intelligence engine, and the results are eventually provided to talent scouts.
