Everyone can do excellent thinking independently and together. When team members truly listen, strategies are better formed, goals are better achieved, budgets are better set, products and services are better delivered. Things like innovation, engagement, inclusiveness, are given a real chance. Mindfulness. By listening inwardly, by slowing down, you can better understand your assumptions, thoughts, feelings and actions. You become aware of how you think, what you do, who you truly are, what is important to you and who you want to become.
