Though 4DCE is counted like newly documental born company, but it is fundamentally based on the extended expertise and gained knowledge of its founders along more than 32 years of professional experience on a diversity of international and local projects.some of them were in J.V or association with international firms from USA, Europe and some south Asian firms. It will be supported by a strong network of trusted business relationships that lead us to a comprehensive awareness of local market and different departments’ requirements in Abu Dhabi. 4DCE comprises of major divisions: architecture and urban planning, civil engineering, electro-mechanical engineering, environmental and sanitary engineering, project and construction management, and site supervision. 4DCE offers several Engineering Services covering tendering, bids evaluation & analysis, cost estimate & control, scheduling & planning, as well as value engineering, feasibility studies, complete project management & construction supervision.
