Training Management: • Having 4 years experience in the rank of Police Chief Inspector, as Programme Director and Deputy Head of the of the Centrex/National Policing Improvement Agency, Core Leadership Development Programme(CLDP) has ensured an unique understanding of its ethos, content, methodology, implementation, management and evaluation. • Communicated and ‘drove’ CLDP at national strategic level and led the team of people who have implemented CLDP into 44 police forces; a potential audience of officers plus police support staff. • Worked effectively with the Chartered Management Institute to strategically translate individual learning, knowledge and application into organisational improvement and personal qualifications. Also devised the bespoke assessment and quality assurance processes. • For 3 years managed a regional management training unit which delivered bespoke leadership training to five police force’s middle managers, both police officers and equivalent staff.
