4i Ventures

4i Ventures is a hub that connects members of the Stanford Biodesign community who are looking to raise capital for their new ventures with members looking to deploy it. Investments are focused on new or existing ventures founded by Biodesign alumni. Whether you are an entrepreneur or investor (or both), 4i will offer the following core services: • Review and screen investment opportunities via predetermined criteria and checklist • Collect, prepare and centralize due diligence materials for members to review • Inform members when an opportunity is ready for review • Establish clear steps and deal timeline for members to individually invest in opportunities • Serve as a consistent and known point of contact to make communication and transactions efficient for all parties Initially, we are limiting the membership exclusively to alumni of Stanford Biodesign. We may evaluate opportunities to expand the group over time. All members will need to self-certify that they are accredited investors.
