4X Industrial was established in 2017 and is owned solely by Josh Wells, a fourth-generation rancher and farmer from Weld County. Currently employing over 150 of Colorado’s best employees in services that include drill pad construction, reclamation, remediation, facility maintenance, decommissioning, stormwater, hydrovac, material hauling, and heavy civil construction. 4X Industrial is committed to helping our Colorado neighbors responsibly restore the natural landscape after oil and gas drilling. We are also proud to provide infrastructure support and services for ranchers and farmers in Colorado. 4X Industrial is committed to many local charities such as the Weld County Food Bank, Weld County Sheriff’s Office, and various charities for Veterans Groups & First Responders.
