We deliver bespoke, interactive group workshops and 1:1 mentoring for 11-25 year olds in schools, youth clubs and other youth settings. Our work empowers young people to take control of their own wellbeing whilst building their self-confidence and resilience. We have a holistic approach and work with parents, teachers and other youth professionals through workshops and training to better understand and support children and young people with their wellbeing.
