We focus on driving direct business results - not marketing results - by doing the work underneath the surface of the big commerce and communications platforms, like Amazon, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. We're geared to work as an extension of existing marketing teams or agencies, adding capabilities they don't have.(We've found that what we do generally fills a big hole in other teams.) As such, we focus heavily on aligning our goals to theirs, and we back that up by creating compensation agreements that are entirely or almost entirely results based.
