5sense, founded in 2011, is currently developing an interactive & dynamic menu product, VinTouch Tablet, for restaurants and bars. Used as a sales, marketing, and relationship-building tool, it is aimed at creating value for both client establishments and their consumers by increasing sales and developing a memorable consumer experience. Though many digital menu products exist, the technologies behind VinTouch are not limited to just the restaurant. 5sense seeks to build a framework that provides stakeholders in the hospitality industry tools for CRM & loyalty, advertising, and reporting & analytics. VinTouch Tablet is considered the centerpiece of the VinTouch ecosystem. This ecosystem, as a result of the frameworks set in place, will provide several outlets and inlets in the forms of social/business plug-in applications for consumers, client establishments, suppliers/distributors, and producers.
