We manage a quantitative long/short equity strategy that is built to be insulated from the effects of investment timing decisions, market cycles, factor style changes, and forecasting errors. • We endeavor to surpass the returns of a typical long/short strategy while removing the angst that results when facing an uncertain market environment, we target returns that are near that of a long only benchmark and expect to deliver substantially less market risk. • Unlike many of the more traditional quant funds, we run separate Quality/Value, Momentum/Growth, and Short models and combine the best from each model using portfolio construction techniques We endeavor to surpass the returns of a typical long/short strategy while removing the angst that results when facing an uncertain market environment, we target returns that are near that of the long only benchmark and expect to deliver substantially less market risk
