With the correct strategy alignment, intelligent performance model, revolutionary technology, and courage to lead change, Organizations today can still solve complex problems and create a better tomorrow. During the past five years, we studied organizations’ challenges and the available technology. We found too complex and outdated systems to handle pressing problems; we also noticed Legacy models that demotivate to adopt and create a toxic work environment. Thus, we saw a need for a different strategy approach, a Performance model, and a technology to manage all that, so we knew it would take a different type of company to bring all this together.
