7FTD Co, Ltd. is the first company in the Kingdom of Cambodia which is expert at manufacturing electrical poles, foundation piles, sewage pipes and other concrete-related products following the European standards. 7FTD is established by the agreement to sign a JV Contract on 27 November 2009 in accordance with the Law on Investment of Cambodia. The Certificate of Commercial Registration No. INV.6257E/2009 dated 4 November 2010 is issued by the Ministry of Commerce. The Permission Letter No. 2277/10 K.OR.K dated 8 November 2010 is issued by the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC). The JV consist out of the following parties- Sokchoeurn Development Co, Ltd, legally represented by Mr. EM SOKCHOEURN, Khmer, Kingdom of Cambodia, holding a share of 42.50% in 7FTD Co, Ltd- Flanders Concrete N.V. legally represented by Mr. JEAN PIERRE MEYFROODT, Belgium, holding a share of 42.50% in 7FTD Co, Ltd- Thu Duc Long An Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company legally represented by Mr. PHAM NGOC HIEP,Vietnam, holding a share of 15.00% in 7FTD Co, Ltd. After winning approvals from the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), the relevant ministries/institutions of the royal government and local authorities, 7FTD Co, Ltd. became operational on 1 December 2009 with a total investment capital of about USD The factory is located in Borei Santepheap at Vihear Sour commune, Ksach Kandal district, Kandal province.
