Founded in 2018, 8 Billion Trees is striving to become the most environmentally-aware company on the planet. Beyond just reducing the negative impacts of deforestation through planting in countless countries around the world, we aim to spread awareness and change the zeitgeist of what it means to be environmentally-conscious. We also hope to serve as an example for other companies by proving that maintaining a focus on environmental and social responsibility-just as much as profit-is a sustainable business model. Ultimately, our mission is to plant 8 Billion Trees to make a dramatic and lasting impact towards curbing global deforestation currently resulting in climate change and habitat destruction.
