80 Proof Bakery was founded in 2017 by Omobola Taiwo-Akande, who grew up in Nigeria and has fond memories of baking with her mother and four siblings, prior to moving to the United States, and ultimately to St. Louis, Missouri. These liqueured cakes are more than your do-it-yourelf bundt cakes. It's a custom cake experience that dessert connoisseurs will treasure with each bite. We offer smaller cakes for the more special moments when you want to share a sweet give with your special someone, all the way to the standard large sized cakes that are ready perfect for a group.(We won't tell if you want to keep it to yourself!).
