We at 86 training specialize in training in T.I.P.S, ServSafe Food, HACCP, Inventory and Cost Control. It is understood that to get theses certifications you have to travel to the restaurant association or health department and it creates schedule conflicts. We have taken that annoyance out of the process by bringing the training to you. We will train your staff at your establishment at your convenience. T.I.P.S stands for Training for Intervention ProcedureS. We train your staff about the responsibility and accountability of the service of alcohol. Your guests come to your restaurant to have a great time! We want to ensure that they leave your establishment in a safe manor and not to intoxicated. ServSafe Food trains your management and kitchen staff to serve food safely. With more food borne illnesses and outbreaks the laws are becoming more strict on how many of your staff must be ServSafe certified. It is our goal to train your entire staff to ensure that you are serving safe food. HACCP or Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points. It is mandated that ever menu and food item in your restaurant has a HACCP plan. That is a very tedious but necessary job. It is our goal to set up a HACCP plan for your restaurant and train your staff to keep the program fully operational. Inventory and Cost Control is for lack of better words. The bottom line! Unfortunately sometimes in our industry our bottom line gets out of control. We aim to help you find the problem and train you to keep your numbers in line.
