Our Real Estate Investment Company is run primarily by two individuals: Rolando Pedrozo and Maribel Pelcastre, in turn backed up by a great “internal team” and a great “power team” of lawyers, mortgage brokers, credit consultants, appraisers, lenders, contractors, loan officers and Real Estate professionals. Rolando and Maribel are full time Professional Real Estate Investors; both passionated about houses: renovating, buying, selling, renting, it doesn’t matter, the goal is always look for win-win situations for all the parties involved.
