929 Challenge

929 Challenge is a Gateway for #entrepreneurs to access Key Market Opportunities arising from the Macau Platform which aims to foster business cooperation between Portuguese-Speaking Countries and China. The 929 is a program managed by the Association of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Macau, China and Portuguese-Speaking countries (AEIMCPLP). The competition is Hosted and Co-Organized by the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao). Teams participate in a 2-week Bootcamp to get insights and knowledge about China, Brazil, Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Guiné Bissau, São Tomé and East Timor. The primary purpose of the competition is to raise awareness about international business opportunities arising from the Macau platform and foster the development of young entrepreneurs with a global mindset. We challenge entrepreneurs to Pitch Business ideas between China and Portuguese-speaking countries through sustainability-oriented businesses. Our Mission: Disseminate knowledge about the business environment in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and Portuguese Speaking Countries (PSC). Develop networking and collaboration between entrepreneurship ecosystems : incubators, accelerators, universities, public institutions and private companies, investors, mentors.
