93˚ Coffee Roasters was established with the aim of taking coffee to unmapped territories. We give value to calculated risk-taking and delivering products that bring a change. Our vision stems from our love for coffee. Traveling the world, meeting new people, and learning their stories made us decide that it was time to revolutionize India’s coffee culture. Rather than simply looking forward to the next travel itinerary in search of the perfect cup, we are determined to bring the experience home; to hold, sip, and enjoy. From bean to cup, coffee comes a long way and it is our responsibility to perfect each step. We have an emphasis on sourcing high quality and sustainability coffee. It’s really important to us that our beans are ethically sourced and the farmers and their families growing our coffee are treated fairly. We deal directly with our farmers and the processing partners and buy fresh beans each year, roast them with care, paying attention to every detail. Each time we change a component of one of our blends, we start over. Every time a new single origin, blend, or brew is introduced, we start anew. Through this process, we discover the window of peak flavor, and a perfect roast is developed.
