A&A Trans is opgestart in 2007 door vader Ad van Eersel en zoon Arjan van Eersel. Beide begonnen op 1 vrachtwagen om 24 uur per dag te gaan rijden, maar inmiddels is het wagenpark uitgegroeid naar 4 auto’s, DAF. Drie daarvan gevolgd door onderlossers en één is breed inzetbaar. Het is een echt familiebedrijf waar nog aan de keukentafel de belangrijkste gesprekken gevoerd worden. Ze doen dit niet allemaal alleen, maar worden geholpen en ondersteunt door: Mien van Eersel (vrouw Ad) en Kelsey van Eersel (vrouw Arjan).
