We are centrally located in Kissimmee, Florida and serves Orange, Osceola, south Seminole, south Lake and Polk Counties. Owners Dave Scherer and Janet Lund have over 60 years of appraisal experience. Mr. Scherer is a state-certified commercial appraiser and provides commercial and residential appraisals, appraisal reviews, expert witness testimony for litigation and a variety of valuation services. With past experience working for Volusia and Osceola Counties, he provides the knowledge to successfully contest county assessed values to the Property Appraiser and Value Adjustment Board. Ms. Lund is a state-certified residential appraiser and provides residential and small income property appraisals, as well as appraisal reviews.
