A Balanced Life LLC specializes in psychotherapy with adolescents, adults, children, couples, and families—who have experienced distress due to childbirth, divorce, health or medical problems, loss, relationships, pregnancy, trauma, or other life stressors—using effective, research-informed therapy and evidenced-based practices. We believe effective therapy embraces the importance of relationship, facilitates new, positive experiences, and meets developmental needs.
