Since 2010, A Better Way Realty has purchased roughly 60 homes, remodeled and resold each one. Currently, a Better Way Realty is engaged in building small Assisted Living facilities. Additionally, they currently own and manage, through partnerships, 2,100 self storage units and square feet of flex warehouse space at 5 locations. Three are located in Alabama and two are in New Mexico. There is currently a network of about about 250 partners, all managed by a Better Way Realty. Since 2006, Jim Flint has been teaching real estate investment classes at two community colleges and other adult education programs.
