A Better Workforce is a minority-woman owned and operated workforce development consulting firm. We provide soft skills training services to job seekers to promote confidence, economic achievement and self-sufficiency and professional consulting services to our businesses clients to build a more sustainable workforce. Our core focus is to provide valuable services to our clients with the goal of creating a platform for them to compete in today’s labor market on any level. We provide a unique array of specialized services around Trade Skills, Employment Readiness, Education & Financial Literacy, Mentorship, Career Counseling/Coaching and other supportive services both in a group or individualized setting, that will allow individual job seekers to move forward and succeed despite their situation. We also provide technical assistance and program design to community-based organizations and nonprofit workforce development providers and a variety of business services to hiring employers.
