One of the main motivations for starting our family based business emerged when one of our own relatives was in need of care, and we did not know who to call. Ultimately, a family member, who works as a nurse, stepped in to care for our family member in need. Taking care of a relative long term is a real challenge, and leads to significant caregiver burnout, financial strain, and undue emotional stress. We are realistic about in home care—we know that families need a break sometimes in order to foster healthy relationships with their loved ones. That’s where A Care Partner works for you. We wanted to provide other families with the same sense of security as having a family member in the home, which became the motivation for our organization.
