Since 2013 A & CO has been growing from a two-lawyer outfit to nine fee earners, and expanded its focus from Intellectual Property (IP) to corporate/commercial works, as well as litigation services. IP remains a key area of its focus, especially in IP litigation and enforcement. A & CO has acted on behalf of a broad range of clients including leading global software manufactures, fashion industries, shipping industries, telecommunications, financial services, food and beverages, consumer products and automotive industries. Furthermore, for the past years, A & CO acted in representing creditors in several high-profile bankruptcy and suspension debt payment cases. A & CO also acted in civil lawsuits before various courts in Indonesia. In corporate and investment sectors, A & CO have assisted and advised local & multinational corporations on the structuring and establishment of companies in a wide range of commercial sectors. We have also assisted clients with a broad range of corporate services, including in drafting and reviewing their cooperation agreements, transaction agreements, employment agreements, providing advice on related Indonesian laws and regulations and the compliance therewith. The change from being an IP-based firm to the one offering wider legal services has been one of the main drives behind A & CO’s growth.
