A Different Gear

A Different Gear is an independent, not-for-profit community bike shop and workshop based in Heeley, Sheffield. We specialise in lots of different things including; reconditioned bike sales, bike service and repair, adventure, utility and e-cargo bike sales, sales of bike accessories and bike-packing kit and e-cargo bike hire. You can chat with us about anything to do with bikes, our small but knowledgeable staff are real aficionados. A Different Gear is also a partner in the CycleBoost scheme. CycleBoost is a cycling support service for residents and employees in Sheffield and Rotherham aimed at removing the barriers that prevent people from cycling. We provide bike-loans, bike doctor sessions, maintenance classes, on-road cycle skills training and help with route planning.
