A Fábrica do Samba conducts lectures, dynamics and workshops building analogies between the operation of samba schools and the corporate environment. Inside samba schools there is much more than just fun. The magic behind Carnival involves a complex management process. In a context of competition, with thousands of people involved and millions of spectators, the pressure is enormous.
