A Good Engineer

A Good Engineer is a placement firm, founded by software engineers who have worked in core product roles at excellent tech companies. Our mission is to help software engineers find the jobs they aspire to while optimize the job search process. We are currently recruiting for several full-time (direct hire) core engineering roles, at a broad array of top established companies and fast-growing startups. Some of our clients include big companies like Bloomberg, Google, Microsoft, Splunk, Visa, well-funded startups like Duolingo and Fanatics and early stage startups like VenueNext and Quisk. We have designed a common technical screening process for several roles we're trying to fill. Awesome benefits of our common application: 1. Skip phone-screen. Agonize less: If you do well in our test, then that will be your only screening for multiple companies in our portfolio. Several of these companies have also agreed to accept our initial screening process in lieu of theirs.
