We are a small group of volunteers, who are committed to try and help those in need. We have a range of experiences regarding mental health and we all share one goal; which is to eliminate the stigma around mental health. Having bad mental health is nothing to be ashamed of, and we won't stop until everyone knows this, even in their darkest moments. We want to give people a safe space to talk about their problems, no matter how big or small. We'll be here even if you just want to have a conversation with someone about how your day has gone, we'll be here.
