A Nurturing Mind

A small practice, specializing in helping families and couples who find themselves in high conflict and extreme distress often. Our therapists are all extensively trained in helping families and couples get unstuck by working together to understand their relational patterns, create predictability around them, and then helping them block these old habits and doing something new, that leads to more positive, healthy, and nurturing relationships. In addition to families and couples, our therapists also work with individuals with similar goals: to help create an understanding so they can work towards something that creates less stress and more happiness in their lives.
