Working under BM TRADA, FIRAS and the relevant fire safety standards, we provide traceability, accuracy and proven workmanship. Maintenance A&S Maintenance delivers planned and reactive maintenance, covering repairs, decorating, joinery and multi-trade works through one point of contact for reliable, compliant results. J A Access Solutions J A Access Solutions provides scaffolding and access systems nationwide, delivering complex structures with safety and capability backed by RISQS, SMAS Worksafe and SafeContractor approval. Our Customer Services Department supports projects requiring resident or stakeholder liaison, ensuring clear communication throughout.
