A Schools

At A+ Schools, our vision is a Pittsburgh where every child succeeds, in every school, every day. We work with community partners – including schools, neighborhood organizations, corporations, foundations and individual donors – to mobilize coordinated supports for students, families and school staff to ensure every kid shows up to school every day ready to learn, and every kid has a school where they want to be. We proudly convene the Pittsburgh Learning Collaborative, a group of over 100 organizations dedicated to the common goal of holistic support for students and their families, with a focus and commitment to ending chronic absenteeism through collaboration with the member organizations across an entire ecosystem of resources
