A Stitch In Time Au

A Stitch in Time aims to be the motivating and inspirational force in youth mental health, enriching young people’s lives in the areas of program delivery, shared experiences and fundraising initiatives. We want provide a valuable learning experience and inspire hope through the provision of youth programs focused on resilience building, mentoring and the importance of being ‘mentally healthy.’ Through our workshops and educational programs will provide an outlet of support, respect and inspiration for our youth using our early intervention and mentoring programs. Endeavour to educate our society in becoming healthy and that is by becoming ‘mentally healthy’. Through lived and shared experiences we are able to build resilience in our youth and educate individuals on how to effectively deal with mental health issues.
