A Tu Lado is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports frontline health workers through collaborations in emergency medical education. Working alongside local partners including emergency medical service organizations and public universities, A Tu Lado designs and teaches model pre-hospital courses. Alongside training health workers, we seek long-term change by standardizing local curriculum to create standardized pre-hospital care programs, which universities adopt and teach independently. A Tu Lado's work to date has focused in Caracas, Venezuela and Cochabamba, Bolivia.
