A1 Mediation Services (dba of McMurdie Law) is designed to expedite resolving your conlficts through the mediation method. This saves you money and time. We have traditionally serviced divorce and post-divorce challenges, and now also service conflicts in probate and commercial areas of landlord/tentant and real estate, as well as contract breaches. Dispute resolution through mediation requires a neutral third party who is trained in facilitating a brainstorming, problem-solving forum to resolve the conflict in a way the parties cannot do alone. At A1, our mediators are attorneys versed in the law and also continuously trained in mediation skills and experience.
