Located at Sci-Tech Daresbury and engaged with a wide and highly capable network including STFC, CERN, RTO's, Academia, Composites Supply Chains, Advanced Manufacturers, and Commercial Adopters. Our work focuses on three areas: 1, Advanced material component manufacturing – creating lighter, stronger, and more efficient components that reduce weight, improve operational efficiency, and cut harmful emissions. 2, Integration of advanced material components into existing systems - with effective coupling to existing components eliminating the need to change the adoptive environment. 3, In-service structural monitoring – technology that provides real-time insight into component performance, helping prevent problems before they occur. These solutions can be used independently or together, and are already being applied in automotive, aerospace, and renewable energy sectors. Based at Sci-Tech Daresbury in Cheshire, we are now bringing these technologies into commercial use.
