Access to our services through A2Z Care Plus is a registered NDIS provider. If you are NDIS ready and looking for the appropriate service provider or you need help caring in your residence with daily living, then A2Z Care Plus is here to help you with our qualified social/disability support workers who will provide individualised and one on one support. Your Funding Our members firmly believe that individualised funding is the most cost effective and beneficial way for people with a disability to receive the service they require. At A2Z Care Plus, the person with the disability, after securing funding and entry into the service, has their dollar value calculated in available hours of support. The funding remains the property of the Participants/client, not the organisation/provider.
