Here at Service Laboratory, we quantitate the 16-common amino acids plus hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine in a single analysis. Cysteine & Cystine are identified as cysteic acid in a separate analysis. We use Hitachi L8900 Amino Acid Analyzers with post-column, ninhydrin, derivatization. This method allows for buffers high in salts, detergents, dyes, etc. We specialize in the analysis of peptides, proteins, collagen, fish products, food products, algae, bee pollen, grasses, cell lysates, yeast extracts and a variety of other amino acid containing products. We offer a rapid turn-around time of 3 to 5 days for most orders, with detailed results provided in Excel format.
