In AaB, we want to strengthen elite girls' football in Northern Jutland by gathering and giving the most ambitious and talented players a framework and conditions so that they can develop as much as possible. In this way, we can play in the country's best youth divisions and develop girls' football players for the youth national teams. We do this by putting the players in the center. In May 2018, AaB Kvinde Elitefodbold A/S was founded and the 1st senior team was moved from AaB1885 to the company. The establishment of the company has led to a more professional approach, and in the summer of 2019, it became possible for AaB to enter into contracts. AaB of 1885 is a co-owner of AaB Kvinde Elitefodbold A / S, and there is great focus on maintaining the "common thread" in the collaboration. In AaB, it's about what we do together: Nobody knows everything. Everyone knows something. Together we can do it all.
