Aafiyah Project

We at the Aafiyah Project believe that maintaining the wellbeing of the mind and soul is obligatory and that Muslims must be at the forefront of it. The Aafiyah Project exists to proactively address the needs of communities, particularly mental health, by providing workshops, lectures, and literature in order to educate and enlighten via the lens of Islam. We are formed by volunteers from various different backgrounds, specialities, and experiences to try and give service to Muslim communities. Our target audience and niche speciality is pertaining to dealing with people from Muslim backgrounds, our strategy to help people deal with mental health and wellbeing issues is by education of such topics whilst incorporating orthodox Islamic principles.
