Aapano badi Properties Private Limited was incorporated on June 2, 2015 in Kolkata, India primarily for the purpose of development of commercial and residential properties, Warehousing park, brokering and management of residential and income properties. Aapano badi was founded by its principals, Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma whose has 25 years of experience in the business in Power sector, Real Estates, Logistics and Transportation, Epc Contracting business. Aapano Badi concentrates its efforts on acquiring properties within a Kolkata, Howrah Industrial area. It currently manages about forty (40) apartment buildings and live/work lofts strategically situated in the heart of Kolkata area and Howrah area, where most executives and professionals, businessman prefer to reside. Moreover, the Company specializes in tight and aggressive management of all its properties and ensures that all its tenants are carefully screened. This is why the Company commands an average of ninety-eight percent (98%) occupancy rate and almost zero percent (0%) default in rental payments. We have planning to acquire approx. 25 acers (101172 sq. meters) of land in Howrah for development of land for Industrial and Warehouse uses. Have also planning to small develop Low-income houses and due to demand of these type of product in the market is very lucrative due to middle class family in West Bengal is very high. All they needed houses in low budget. Government policy also support through bankers in India for easily available of loan for housing purpose at nominal bank rates.
