Aarc is a provider of Adult, Adolescent and Relationship Counselling services. We primarily support people in Ayrshire, Glasgow and Renfrewshire to improve individual wellbeing and help people achieve respectful relationships. Our Service is strictly Confidential with your privacy being our priority. Our services are available to all regardless of culture, religious belief, age, gender, sexual orientation or economic circumstance. How can we help? We offer a range of services that include Counselling, Education Programs and Supervision that includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Couple Counselling and Couple or Family Mediation. You may have problems with personal, relationship, family or work issues, your aim may be general or you may wish help with a specific issue – We can help.
