Here at Aarken Tutoring Inc. we provide online courses that train anyone who has a desire to help struggling readers. Our courses are based on the Orton-Gillingham Approach, the most research-backed and recommended approach for helping students with learning differences. For several years we have tutored students in a one-on-one environment. Through the years of teaching and collaborating, we decided to bring the success of Orton-Gillingham based programs for children with learning differences online, so parents, tutors, homeschoolers and teachers can learn. Aardvark is the only program that integrates training in the Orton-Gillingham approach, a full set of ready to use lessons, readers and extras all while using activities that build physical literacy while teaching dyslexic or struggling readers how to successfully read and spell. You get a traditional OG program that’s also active, fun and effective!
