I’m a Queer therapist committed to helping other Queer folks learn how to better manage their anxiety, stress and worry by riding the waves of our emotions, and softening the language we use to describe ourselves. My work focuses on targeting unhelpful thought patterns we convince ourselves to be true, and mute that harsh inner critic.
