AB Corp Finance is a business finance consulting company involved in equipment-lease / working-capital financing services for small and mid-sized groups and companies (turnover from EUR 10 million up to EUR 600 million). we assist CFO’s in preparing the cash flow forecasts, business plan and presentation. we have a longstanding experience in creative financing solutions either as bankers, leasers or CFO; we therefore are able to propose appropriate financing schemes to our clients. we have contacts in France with lessors, asset based lenders, factors, private equity groups, conventional and non conventional lenders. small lease facilities (< euros) are placed with our regular local partners; transactions up to euros are syndicated in France and Europe; project financing facilities (up to euros) are delt with specific lenders. We operate essentially in France and Italy.
