AB ETIPRODUCTS OY, a subsidiary of Eti Maden IGM, a Turkish State owned Company, previously known as Eti Holding AS or Etibank, was established in 1982 in Helsinki, Finland. Our parent company, Eti Maden IGM was established in 1935 and is the Turkey's biggest and oldest mining company, is mainly involved in mining, and metallurgical and chemical industries that are directly connected to its own mining operations. Although it is the producer of many different kinds of minerals and metallurgical and chemical products, it is famous for being the world's leading boron minerals and chemicals producer. Turkey's boron operations are under control of Eti Maden IGM (former Eti Holding and Etibank), a state-owned company. As the largest single mining company in the country, Eti Maden IGM has been developing the country's natural resources since its establishment in 1935. Eti Maden IGM produces a range of Boron Minerals (Colemanite, Ulexite, Tincal) and Boron Chemicals (Boric Acid, Boron Oxide, Etibor-48 (Disodium Tetraborate Pentahydrate), Borax Deca (Disodium Tetraborate Decahydrate), Etibor-68 (Disodium Tetraborate Anhydrous), Etidot-67 (Disodium Octaborate Tetrahydrate). The company's exclusivity area for Turkish boron products presently covers Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Ukraine, Moldova, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius and Comoros, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Seychelles, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe. Besides to our exclusive area we may serve on non-exclusive basis for the countries and territories which are not exclusively served by other sales agents of Eti Maden IGM.
