AB MikroNano (Aselsan-Bilkent MikroNano Technologies) is the leading Nanotechnology AB MikroNano aims to create high level strategic technologies. Nanotechnology Research Center – NANOTAM was established in 2003 under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ekmel ÖZBAY within the Bilkent University. NANOTAM is dedicated to conceptual and experimental research on applied Nanotechnology, Photonics, Micro/Nano Electronics and Semiconductor Techonologies with a strong emphasis on education and training. In order to transform NANOTAM’s pioneering research and development studies to commercial products and to accelerate the production activities. We are working with talented engineers in the field of Physics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Computer Engineering along with technicians related to these fields.
