By using the power of the mind we are able to help with weight loss, giving up smoking, stress, anxiety and sleep disorders. I am a quit smoking specialist with over 1500 successful now non-smokers. Being a very keen golfer I have also developed a special Golf Mindworks programme to help golfers with the mental side of the game and even improve their handicaps. Hypnosis is a way of helping to change the way people think about food, cigarettes, their situation, their jobs as well as addressing fears such as flying, public speaking and even fear of dogs and cats! We can help children overcome their anxiety with exams and sleep problems. Stress in the workplace is a big concern to some and we offer group therapy to corporate groups to quit smoking and lose weight. Hypnosis is not a way of controlling people, as in stage hypnosis, it is all about being in control of your own mind and behaviours.
